Your team

We have a great new role opportunity for you to join our Luxembourg-based Invesco Real Estate – Fund Accounting department. You will report directly to the Director Private Market Delegation Oversight, and will collaborate with a variety of teams within fund accounting.

 

Your role

We’re searching for our next Delegation Oversight Officer.  You will support the delegation oversight function in implementing proper oversight policy and procedures and performing all relevant oversight tasks. You will act as the subject matter expert of the outsourcing framework and supporting procedures, working closely with leadership teams, Legal, Compliance, Fund teams, Operations Teams, Technology, etc. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an outsourcing framework in line with the business and regulatory requirements, internal policy and risk strategy.

 

Sound interesting?  You’ll need relevant experience in a similar role, preferably gained within the real estate sector / alternative industry / AIFM, and experience in an outsourced environment. You must have in-depth understanding of regulatory and oversight requirements, and understanding of the services provided to real estate and debt funds such as: investment adviser, TA, depositary, valuation etc.
