General Purpose and Scope of Position:

The Systems Analyst I will provide technical support to system users and customer support staff. This individual will evaluate user needs, define technical problems, and work in our development lifecycle to deliver solutions. This position provides solutions to the end-user by performing in-depth troubleshooting on hardware, software, or network-related issues. Performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance. This role will work under the supervision of the Senior Enterprise Support Manager.

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

  • 3-5 years of Help Desk, or equivalent experience
  • BS in Information Technology related field or equivalent knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in database technologies, systems integrations, and HTML, CSS JavaScript, or similar languages/tools.
  • Proficiency with software application support. Preferably JD Edwards, Okta, and Office 365
  • Solid understanding of ITIL based practices and experienced administering the ServiceNow platform
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex cross-functional problems, quickly grasp concepts related to industry-specific development, and articulate them concisely to foster project team collaboration.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

  • Gather functional, system, and/or technical requirements which will be used as the foundation for all projects
  • Implement, analyze and document computer information systems for the organization, which includes planning, development, testing, and deployment processes
  • Maintain a broad understanding of how the IT organization supports the business’s needs
  • Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to provide technically accurate solutions to users.
  • Available to work early morning, evenings, nights, weekends, and travel or be on call when necessary
  • Ability to drive a vehicle, valid driver’s license required
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Senior Service Desk Manager

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary- $55K-$65K/annually (to be determined based on experience and other factors)
