Job Overview:

Provider Operations at Olive encompasses Demand Generation, Sales Enablement and Sales Support Functions that enable Olive's hyper growth. The Senior Vice President of Operations is a key member of the senior management team for the Olive Provider Market. This role is responsible for implementing and executing the overall strategy of the Market and for translating vision to action in support of the leadership team. They will drive the day-to-day sales support and sales enablement functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and oversee a world-class sales support and sales enablement function
  • Work cross-functionally with leaders across Olive’s matrixed organization, including sales, customer experience, technology, and product
  • Focus on continuous process improvement
  • Serve as the general operations lead for the group
  • Develop and drive metrics for success and growth

Requirements

  • Experience in High Growth organization that will challenge the status quo
  • MBA strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience in leadership and management of large, high-functioning team sales support / enablement teams and deep experience in healthcare
  • Proven track record with demonstrated financial and organizational impact
  • Experience building and managing world-class teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed executive with entrepreneurial ability to tackle a multitude of assignments and achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret and anticipate customer needs, and then develop clear and attainable goals
  • Ability to take initiative to develop new strategies and out-of-the-box ideas with a strong sense of urgency and discipline
  • Outstanding team player with ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
  • Previous growth-stage experience preferred
