Join us as a Business Analyst where you will promote communication between our clients, business, and development teams, to discover and collect requirements. You will be the go-to expert for application requirements including troubleshooting, data processing and API integration, and you will also guide client acceptance testing. As part of our Client Activation team, you will report to the Manager, Business Analysis, and work with client activation partners along with product, and engineering teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, configure, and coordinate IAM solutions
  • Triage, troubleshoot, manage and solve issues related to identities, data errors, and authentication
  • Construct and collect business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications
  • Communicate purpose, impact, risk, and gaps for multiple implementation projects
  • Assist product owners and engineers with translating requirements into specifications as well as developing and prioritizing project backlogs
  • Work closely with trading partners to plan, execute, and implement data exchanges
  • Partner with internal and external teams to set priorities, report status, identify and problem solve in order to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a BA/QA professional with a background in discovering and writing functional, integration, and technical requirements and acceptance criteria, and seeing them through the SDLC to product release.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, triage, and change requests with internal and external teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Configuration experience with enterprise SSO solutions, preferably PingFederate.
  • Familiarity with SAML 2.0 authentication protocol, Splunk, and Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Comprehension of SDLC process from requirements to production delivery including quality assurance and user acceptance testing best practices
