Job Description
As the program’s Software Configuration Management (SWCM) Atlassian Tools Administrator you will implement SWCM, Configuration Management (CM) and/or Configuration Management (CM) best practices and configure the program’s Atlassian tools to support Agile methodologies, workflows, and program increment sprints, as needed by the program. You will ensure that the program has the needed version upgrades, plugins and will provide support for the upgrades and installs during scheduled outages, typically outside the normal working day. The SWCM Atlassian Tools Administrator will also be responsible for creating, managing, and/or administering program Atlassian user accounts and permissions.

This position requires the candidate to work in a collaborative environment in which evolving program priorities, cultivate team member task priority. This position is part of a larger CM team and requires regular collaboration with team members. The candidate must be comfortable communicating in both oral and written formats. The candidate must be a flexible team player with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a diverse and Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement program increment sprints into Atlassian tools as needed per program cadence.
• Ensure proper privileges and controls are established within the Atlassian tools to support SWCM best practices.
• Configure workflows, forms, Jira ticket types, within the tools as needed by the program

• Is familiar with the latest Atlassian plugin features

• Managing and staying on top of Atlassian licensing needs for the program
• Will stay in tune with Atlassian tools version updates and can provide recommendations when upgrades are needed
• Ensuring Atlassian tools work with programs operating system (OS)
• If/when program migrates to updated OS ensures successful migration of Atlassian tools

Required Skills:
• Ability to obtain a Secret/Top Secret Clearance.
•10 years of experience or 8 years with a Master Degree
• Strong experience in Atlassian Suite

• Knowledge of Scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, JavaScript, Python, Groovy
• Experience with open source technologies and cloud services
• Experience with integrating with authentication directory service, such as Active Directory LDAP Oauth and SAML
• Experience implementing a program for controlling program baselines and work products
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate changes using defined change management practices while maintaining configuration control
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Analysis skills: Ability to evaluate the current environment, gather needs, and propose a recommended CM solution
• Experience with Microsoft office advanced features: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Experience with managing reports and documentation

Desired Skills:
•Knowledge of Groovy Scriptrunner

• Knowledge of EIA-649, EIA-649-1, IEEE 15288.2
• Certifications from either NDIA or CMII in Configuration Management
• Infrastructure as code or software defect workflow administration and management
• Experience with software development in Cloud-based and virtual environments
• COTS/FOSS Configuration Management
• Configuration Management Certifications

Required Education:
Bachelor degree from an Accredited University/School/College, STEM Degree preferred.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $87,500 to $188,500; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
