Advisor Client Experience Associate in NEW YORK, New York

Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Experience, this role strives to ensure our clients are satisfied and served with the high quality approach Barron’s has become known for in the industry. The Advisor Client Experience Associate must combine an aptitude and attitude of willingness to serve and ability to interact with clients, as well as a skill set tending toward quality control and accuracy. You will represent the Barron’s brand and be a key contributor to the Client Experience leading up to and in attendance at Barron’s events.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction:

  • Provide information and support to advisor clients as it relates to Barron's Advisor Ranking Program
  • Work with Marketing Strategist to coordinate delivery of marketing materials to advisors
  • Manage all aspects of on-site registration at Advisor Summits and Regional events

Quality control and Process-related:

  • Maintain the advisor database for accuracy and efficient use

Compile invitation lists from advisor database

  • Determine staffing needs and roles for on-site registration
  • Train DMC personnel for on-site duties
  • Responsible for the shipping of all conference materials to/from event site
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Event/conference planning experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior time-management skills including the ability to multi-task and function efficiently with very tight schedules/time lines
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to travel
