The Knowledge Products team’s mission is to make Facebook the most productive company in the world. One of the ways we do this is by surfacing the right information and tools at the right time so people can focus on the work that matters most. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who values moving quickly, and can help innovate and drive product initiatives across the company. Projects can range from reimagining how employees organize their day, making user-friendly automation and machine learning tools, enabling better collaboration across geographies, building a knowledge graph, surfacing better search results, and much more.

  • Identifies significant opportunities, and drives the product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.
  • Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.


  • 3+ years product management or related industry experience.
  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.


  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a product to internal or enterprise stakeholders
  • Experience with Machine Learning
  • BA/BS in relevant field
