B2B Content Marketer

We’re looking for a B2B Content Marketer who can strategize, create, and distribute compelling content to connect with hiring managers who want to build diverse and inclusive teams. You’ll be successful in this role if you have a deep understanding of how different types of content can drive new leads and ultimately revenue. Keep scrolling if you are the type of person who starts a campaign with a clear goal and works backwards to plan the target audience, content, and platforms to distribute on.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in content marketing or a closely related field — be ready to show us your work in the interview process!
  • Impeccable written English
  • Experience in the Human Capital Management/Job Platform space and a demonstrated passion for DEI is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and distribute compelling B2B content to convert new business leads and engage existing ones
  • Be responsible for both the strategy and creation of scalable content and frameworks across owned and off-platform channels
  • Build a scalable B2B content marketing engine that balances brand, quality, and customer needs; drive new insights for content and strategy for the events, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Build, maintain, and complete a global content calendar that supports the brand narrative and uses company milestones, seasonal trends, key launches, and campaigns around new products and events.
  • Manage all aspects of B2B content creation as an individual contributor who also leverages cross-functional and freelance resources. This includes content strategy, workflow, project prioritization, and timely delivery of content assets: Assign, edit, and complete content, working with internal and external creative teams when needed.
  • Write engaging content for webinars, email marketing, ebooks, and more.
  • Roll up your sleeves and present on webinars when needed, or be ready to find volunteers as necessary if public speaking isn't your thing!
