The Role: As an Account Executive you will qualify and recruit brands and manufacturers to our platform as well as contribute towards a go-to market strategy. Working in a start up, you will have an opportunity to shape how we execute our vision through collaboration with large industry partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders. Within some guidelines you’ll negotiate agreements, communicate how our service works, ensure brands ability to participate successfully in our program, and ensure a thorough hand-off to the brand onboarding team. Since this is a relatively new space for Amazon, and an emerging industry, you’ll be dealing with some ambiguity and convincing brands to become early adopters of our service. This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment for Amazon, contribute to product strategy and take on a leadership role as our team evolves.
Transparency is looking for a mid-level, talented and experienced sales executive to drive operations and executive conversations with brands of all sizes. You should have good technical acumen, the ability to take ambiguous direction, work with homegrown and commercial web based tools such as Salesforce.com. You may be expected to contribute to special projects ranging from marketing to operational tasks as you may at times where a variety of hats. 5 years Sales Experience College Degree
