Job Description


Are you passionate about creating simple, intuitive products that solve real user problems? Great! We are looking for a proactive Product Designer who helps us bring our Remote Support Group products to new markets and mature our UX organisation.

You will be responsible to collaborate with research, product managers and engineers to make RSG better together. You will spend time deeply understanding our users’ needs, coming up with and testing multiple solution proposals to their problems and delivering delightful experiences and interfaces to large, active user-bases. You’ll work independently and advocate/facilitate our design process in your cross-functional teams.


  • Develop concepts and solutions that apply your understanding of user problems, product vision, and technology capabilities

  • Create and validate prototypes using a variety of testing methods

  • Facilitate design reviews, critiques and ideations

  • Use feedback from users and data to help inform your design decisions

  • Own the design process end-to-end across platforms

  • Create compelling user interfaces with the help of our UI library


  • 3+ years of experience designing engaging digital product user experiences

  • Experience working with a cloud software product company

  • Experience designing for a broad set of UI platforms including web, desktop and mobile

  • Experience using UX pattern and components libraries is a must, experience in creating one is a plus

  • Top-tier communicator with the ability to inspire/mentor others, give great feedback and facilitate productive workshops

  • Passionate about solving user problems and love to experiment

  • Drive collaboration in a cross-functional environment

  • Open to learning and creating with new techniques
