DESCRIPTION

Amazon is looking for a self-directed, results-oriented Marketing Manager with creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The Marketing Manager will support our Produce, Meat, and Seafood categories for both AmazonFresh and Prime Now, and will work to significantly improve the grocery shopping experience. This person will support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for key vendor partners while playing an integral part in Amazon’s grocery business.

The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing programs that drive customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities include:
· Execute on-site and offline marketing plans to support key vendor brands within the category
· Manage asset collection process and partner with Visual Design team to ensure on-time launch of all marketing activations
· Manage and optimize the site experience for key category pages and select seasonal events
· Analyze performance of site campaigns and make recommendations for future optimizations
· Create quarterly business reviews outlining vendor activation performance and learnings
· Research best-in-class content creation practices; identify & test new merchandising opportunities
· Develop strategies to support new product launches and innovation across the category

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
· Relentlessly high standards and attention to detail
· An obsessive customer focus
· The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
· Bachelor's degree in associated discipline

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Creativity & passion for the grocery industry
· Ability to write strong marketing copy
· Ability to analyze data and make optimization recommendations
· Strong presentation and public speaking skills
· Content management experience

· Basic SQL experience
