LogMeIn is seeking a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner to join an already high-performing global recruitment team.  In this role, you will receive broad exposure to all facets of growing a world-class organization. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, as well as stakeholders of all levels, you will play a key role in growing the exceptional teams at LogMeIn. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a fast-paced, high-energy recruitment environment. 


  • Manage and own full-cycle recruitment across functions with a focus on North America Sales
  • Partner with local Hiring Stakeholders to scope talent descriptions, source and identify qualified candidates, screen and support the interview & feedback process, complete the full offer and hiring process in a timely manner
  • Continue to keep in touch with talent pools after they start to ensure engagement across the organization, foster referrals and build your network
  • Ensure accuracy of systems and adhering to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations hiring processes
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, events and networking channels to proactively drive talent into the pipeline
  • Serve as an ambassador of the LogMeIn brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Work with HR, Compensation, Finance, Senior Leadership on a weekly basis to ensure hiring efforts are on track with the hiring forecast


  • 3+ years of corporate and/or staffing agency recruitment experience; prior experience supporting Sales requisitions preferred
  • Attention to detail and completion of processes
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work (thrive) in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team members across the globe to proactively drive process improvement
  • Experience working with an ATS; ours is Workday
  • Ability to select high caliber talent, working to ensure candidates are a true match to LogMeIn
