We are currently looking for a Director of Program Management, Products to manage a global team of program managers to plan, execute, report and manage the program of activities for all phases of the Product Life Cycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a global team of program managers to plan, direct, and lead program delivery through the Product Life Cycle to achieve strategic business goals and drive overall success of the product line.
  • Drive consistent planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools across the team.
  • Ensure efficient communication and collaboration of Program Management team members with Product Management, Product Marketing, R&D, Sales, Support and Operations using standard tools.
  • Establish proactive identification (at an early stage) and management of key risks throughout product life cycles in order to minimize potential for disruption to project schedules.
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve and apply high standards of program control, reporting, and governance.
  • Develop evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine and apply the essentials to have a best in class organization.
Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in a program/project management and leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Agile/Scrum and JIRA experience preferred.
  • Experience in managing a global team and driving transformation within an organization.
  • Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in working in an environment of shifting priorities, demands and timelines and application of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Project Management Institute Professional Certification (PMP) or similar.
  • Proven track record of working closely with R&D, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations over the product lifecycle to delivery product.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or relevant field of studies.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree strongly preferred
