B2B Product Manager

PowerToFly is growing and we are looking for a B2B Product Manager to help us create a community platform. Candidates need to have experience building or leading a community, be proactive in DEI groups, and share our mission.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive customer platform vision;
  • Conduct market and customer researches;
  • Coordinate in definition and researches with business;
  • Coordinate implementation with design and engineering teams;
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing team when launching;
  • Validating hypotheses with data analysis and user research;
  • Prioritize the needs on product building based on business strategy
Required skills
  • Experience in software product management or as a product owner;
  • Experience developing solutions in a B2B business model;
  • Experience with SaaS;
  • Experience in data analytics and user researches;
  • Strategic thinking and business perspective;
  • Excellent written and verbal inclusive communication skills;
  • Outstanding project and time management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to think outside the box;
  • High responsibility and responsiveness
It would be a plus if you have:
  • Experience in startups or escalating products;
  • Experience in a tech role;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG);
  • A proven track record of building diverse communities or being an active member
