This is a temporary position for Raytheon estimated for a 6 month duration
Job Description:

Ensure a smooth transition for new hires in the group including IT/telephone requirements and access to shared drives; Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and complete expense reports; Demonstrated excellence with Microsoft office suite tools; Order snacks/drinks for the office café as well as weekly lunches for the staff and customer lunches as required; Order / maintain supplies and equipment for the office; Demonstrated experience planning and organizing schedules and events Demonstrated experience handling multiple tasks concurrently; Shipping & receiving; assist with Asset Management.

Required Skills:
  • MS Office; Multi-tasking; Problem-solving; Prioritizing; Being able to work independently
  • This position requires the ability to obtain Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
  • Previous experience with TravelSmart, WebTE, Outlook, Dolphin, and SAP systems
  • Minimum Education Required: HS diploma
