Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Owner (SLO): A Support Owner (Service Level Owner) is generally the individual ultimately accountable for activities related to operational support of the application service for the application service(s) they represent
  • Validation of CI relationships to their application service
  • Validation of data quality and accuracy through completion of annual attestations
  • Ongoing review and remediation of support data discrepancies
  • Required participation in war room activities related to restoration as part of high priority incidents
  • Creation and maintenance of an assignment group on-call schedule
  • Relationship of support group to application service
  • Foster business partner relationships in an effort to comprehensively understand the business impact and criticality of the application service
  • Respect and adhere to all incident, change and problem management processes
  • Participation in war room activities related to restoration as part of high priority incidents when requested

  • Liaison to manage vendor relationships (if applicable)
  • Partner with Support Owner for ongoing infrastructure changes to application service
  • Working independently with minimal guidance on multiple tasks across multiple scrum teams
  • Understanding application architecture and design, suggesting improvements and updates to application architecture.
  • Collaborate with engineers on partner-teams to build cohesive and optimal solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written forms, and be able to present and demonstrate work to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to peers and Sr Management

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • 7+ years of experience in technology support
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team
  • 5+ years of experience in system debugging and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience in complex workflow and rules driven systems
  • 3+ years of experience in Relational Databases, querying, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct business interactions
  • 3+ years of experience in systems analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in presenting and demonstrating solutions to peers and Sr. Management
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Health Care Environment/Medical Management experience
  • 3+ years Care Management and Utilization Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience performance management
  • 3+ years of experience monitoring operations
  • 1+ years working in a cloud-based environment
  • Experience working in a virtual team environment
  • Experience in ITIL
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Java Script, Snowflake, Java, Postgres, Azure
  • Familiarity Rules Engines and Business Process Management toolset
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
