LogMeIn is looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded Principal Product Manager to drive the definition and development of our collaboration SaaS products, specifically focused on growing our Events business, GoToWebinar (with Virtual Events) and GoToTraining. The GoTo Suite makes working remotely easy and secure, with a great many services and solutions for Small- to Enterprise-sized businesses. As part of our product team, you will share work and knowledge with designers, other product managers, business analysts, product marketing, engineers and web developers. You will be accountable for evolving our Events capabilities, solving customer problems and radically transforming our customers’ ability to conduct highly effective online events, such as conferences, summits, instructional trainings, and product launches.

As a seasoned SaaS product leader, you will lead the commercial strategy for a collection of products, defining pricing & packaging, market positioning, go-to-market planning, and new product launches. Your expertise will be a crucial element in ensuring we are aligned and executing against a vision that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.   As the voice of product, you’ll be consistently challenged to ensure the deliverables and targets are clearly understood by stakeholders.   • Along with the rest of the Product Management team, hold the vision for the product and communicate across development, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Meet with and interview customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand and evolve the personas of the key purchase decision makers and end users
  • Balance and align these needs with the needs of the business to create a vision and roadmap
  • Develop strategies and execution plans to continuously experiment with pricing, packaging, and promotion
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and make recommendations to incrementally improve the business to meet strategic goals
  • Own the Product-Led Growth strategy to maximize usage through freemium models and in-product feature discovery
  • Build strong partnerships and lead cross-functional teams across the business to execute on these priorities
  • Collaborate with data science to create key metrics and dashboards for measuring and tracking success
  • Work across product management, business and engineering teams to drive the priorities of our Events products
  • Clearly communicate initiatives to a wide set of audiences including executive and senior leadership, product, marketing, and engineering teams addressing their respective concerns and needs 
  • Build a complete operational and competitive understanding of the product to help develop your strategic and tactical goals 


  • At least 5+ years of experience in product management roles in a SaaS environment
  • You operate with a data-driven approach and are able to analyze complex issues, then communicate them clearly to an executive level audience
  • Creative thinker, with a growth mindset, sound judgement, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to convert ambiguous scenarios into structured execution plans
  • Collaborative, and an excellent relationship builder
  • Operationally astute, accountable, and insistent on the highest standards
  • Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agile environment is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver results on schedule
