The Xbox Cloud Gaming team is looking for an experienced Program Manager Analyst with a track record of data synthesis and storytelling. This role will partner with engineers, PMs and data scientists to turn our data into actionable learnings for the product.

  • Transform telemetry to business insights through partnerships with engineering and data platform teams.
  • Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
  • Understand business performance (trends, funnels) as well as answer product and business questions to drive product and marketing actions
  • Build and maintain learning plans for the product(s) with key analytical questions
  • Leverage industry best practices in establishing repeatable BI practices, principles & processes
  • Partner with Data Scientists to get insights into product metrics and communicate those to both technical & non-technical audiences


  • 3+ years experience performing data analysis to support business decisions using Kusto, Cosmos and/or T-SQL.
  • Ability to understand, translate and map business and product questions into analysis projects
  • Strong ability to articulate vision, requirements & benefits to both business and technical partners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities


  • Experience with big data and reporting stacks
  • Experience designing / operating online services including defining and improving operational / business metrics
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
