We are currently looking for a SeniorDirector, America’s Field Marketing who will be responsible for driving and executing on the company’s marketing strategy, with specific execution tied to North America and South America. Working across sales, channel, marketing and the other functions, the individual will help accelerate Thales Data Security sales growth by defining, creating and executing enterprise grade B2B field and channel marketing campaigns. These campaigns will include account based marketing (ABM), events targeted at partners, prospects or current customers. The Senior Director will need to leverage positioning, messaging, buyer and partner personas and other information regarding products and services to target and generate high quality leads, pipeline and revenue. Through a mixture of creating new and nurturing existing relationships with the target audience, the Senior Director will need to be business and sales-focused to achieve target lead and pipeline generation goals that deliver revenue.
Develop joint Thales Data Security marketing plans with channel and technology partners that track to ROI for the business
Proactively createdemand generation campaigns with partners leveraging digital, events, telemarketing, e-mail, direct mail, seminars, advertising, etc.
Manage, develop and drive communications of information and programs leveraging key automation tools including: Marketo, Salesforce, Webfinity partner portal, Event software and DOM
Create events plan and strategies (e.g. webcasts, Tradeshows etc.) to communicate the latest and greatestprograms/promotions
Build and maintain a solid marketing plan and associated events calendar and budget
Work tightly with America’s sales and business leaders in each territory to drive the planning and execution of campaigns and events.
Produce dashboards and analysis focused on achieving Revenue/Pipeline, Awareness and Operational Efficiency leveraging SFDC and DOMO
Manage the lead follow up Process with the Sales development reps/Team to better understand Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) – Drive lead follow up and higher quality output
Develop an Effective America’s Field Marketing Strategy and reporting approach
Skills and Experience:
15+ years of experience in relevant marketing activities for enterprise software and hardward companies
15+ years of experience in Global/Channel/ /Field Marketing for B2B software or technology company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
Security, Storage or Networking Industry Experience a plus
Must have North America field marketing experience
APAC/EMEA/LATAM marketing experience is a plus
Quality Experience with closed-loop methodology and the hands-on utilization of CRM tools like Salesforce.com and marketing automation platform – e.g. Marketo, DOMO and Events software tools like CVENT or DoubleDutch
Strong messaging and editing skills a must
Experience with setting up and managing optimization experiments including specific examples of using A/B testing or multivariate testing that lead to an improved conversion rate.
Highly proficient PowerPoint and with Excel and other MS Office software applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines
The ability to work in a collaborative environment
Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
4 year undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
