We are looking for a strategic and creative professional to lead our communication efforts across Global Recruiting as a Communications Manager. The person in this role will develop team communications and strategies that improve the understanding and engagement of our key priorities across Recruiting. This role partners very closely with the VP of Global Recruiting, leadership in the broader recruiting organization, and with several cross-functional partners. Projects are related to areas such as team communications management, communication template design/standardization, communication channel management, and communication governance and alignment. Some of these projects are known now, and it will also be the responsibility of the person in this role to proactively identify opportunities for improvement to help us drive our vast, global and distributed team of recruiting professionals towards high performance.
The ideal candidate will excel at working collaboratively with executives and colleagues alike and consistently deliver high-quality work even under time constraints with competing priorities. Candidates should be strategic, skillful writers, strong communicators, and creative thinkers. Attention to detail, ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organization skills are critical. Experience in executing proactive communication plans, managing cross-functional projects, developing programming around multi-dimensional topics and visual communication design is preferred. You should be passionate about the services we provide and the people that we serve.

  • Develop and execute proactive and strategic communication initiatives for the Recruiting organization, including aligning and leading cascading communication efforts across the different groups supporting communications across all Recruiting functions
  • Lead the development and execution of existing and new communication channels, including collaboration groups, All Hands, Q&As and events
  • Develop scalable communications plans that include templates, style guides and editorial calendars
  • Author and project-manage the production of executive presentations such as All Hands presentations, strategic off-sites, and industry speeches
  • Draft executive communications around various topics, including business strategy, priorities, and announcements
  • Provide proactive and reactive messaging that supports key initiatives and program rollouts
  • Partner closely with other internal and external communications teams as well as the HRBP to align on communication opportunities

  • Help executives assimilate content and fine-tune delivery while leveraging Change Management principles
  • Work with the appropriate communication teams to identify opportunities to promote and distribute appearances and related materials to increase visibility and impact
  • Partner with Creative Services team to help develop complementary visuals and videos for external and internal use


  • 10+ years professional experience working in corporate communications, political campaigns, communications, journalism, or marketing
  • Experience writing for a global audience across varying levels of an organization and experience providing guidance and support to leaders and channels
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and to working autonomously while identifying communication issues and solving problems using judgement and analysis, providing communication guidance and support
  • Experience turning complex information into engaging content across various channels and writing for a global audience with multiple types of audiences and channels
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships with proven success playing a consultative role with a variety of stakeholders, in fast paced and ambiguous environment


  • Experience in public relations, branding and campaigns
  • Experience with executive communications
  • Post-graduate or professional degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • Experience building communications using a variety of mediums (video, animation, etc.)
  • Experience in change management, crisis response, events and logistics
