33Across, recently named among North America's fastest growing tech companies on Deloitte's 2018 Technology Fast 500™, is looking for a Director of Publisher Development to bolster our growing portfolio of premium publishers.

A successful candidate will be highly motivated, excited to learn 33Across’ cutting-edge proprietary technology, and prepared to actively target new business. The ability to clearly communicate with many different internal and external teams is paramount. This person will be an instrumental member of the Pub Sales team as we drive revenue numbers to unprecedented heights.

You Will:

  • Become an expert on the 33Across product suite and market positioning
  • Work directly with the VP of Publisher Partnerships to build out a book of new business prospects
  • Prospect clients and educate the market to the 33Across offerings in order to close premium new business
  • Collaborate with Operations, Demand Sales, and Yield to ensure profitable partnerships
  • Maintain and upsell select key accounts
  • Represent 33Across at industry events (e.g. CES, Prog IO, Digiday, Admonsters)


You Have/Are:

  • 5+ years working in the programmatic space, ideally with direct publisher partnerships
  • A self-starter with a deep understanding of the programmatic space
  • A dynamic seller eager to be out in front of people, comfortable with entertaining and traveling on a regular basis
  • At ease in front of senior-level decision makers
  • Proven track record of closing new business with a deep rolodex
  • A team player who is driven to close new business and ensure ongoing partnership success
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Excel
