Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about social media and wants to be on the team that takes the PowerToFly brand to the next level. From Instagram to LinkedIn and TikTok to the next big thing, we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to try something new and optimize what’s working (experience running paid campaigns is a huge bonus). To begin, this person will create a new social strategy in-tune with the growing remote landscape and need for diverse thoughts and perspectives.

This person should be able to:

  • Create and launch a complete social media strategy on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest in alignment with team goals.
  • Respond to feedback, both positive and negative, in a timely fashion. No message goes unanswered.
  • Create or re-purpose engaging, high-quality content to share on all channels.
  • Understand where our audience is and meet them there — even if that means launching a new platform.
  • Continuously ideate and execute new strategies and tactics within organic and paid channels.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly on the success and status of campaigns.
  • Manage a social media content calendar and collaborate with teammates in a remote setting, balancing demands and requests for content promotion on our social channels.
  • Use platforms such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Canva, and other social media tools to optimize our reach.
