Job description
The Role:

33Across is seeking an experienced UX/UI product manager to own and drive new product development to provide an awesome user experience for our services internally and externally. For more than 8 years, 33Across is helping publishers navigate the shifting digital landscape by building products that drive incremental revenue, increase user engagement, and deliver key insights about their audiences. As the industry shifts to more transparency and control, your focus will be leading the vision, user experience, build-out, and go-to-market strategy for our platform portal that is accessed daily by our publishers, advertisers, and internal teams globally.

You Will:
  • Define requirements and scope of current and future platform dashboards by conducting market research, product ideation, prototyping, and data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with the design team on wireframes and mockups
  • Become an expert with the 33Across’ product suite
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle working with the engineering team from ideation to design to development to rollout and support.
  • Work with marketing and sales to define the go-to-market strategy for the new platform, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the UI, working with the internal development team and key customers.
  • Stay current with products/solutions in the media technology space for industry trends, potential partnerships, and competitive intelligence.
You Have:
  • 5+ years product management experience working in the digital media space, with emphasis in conceiving and creating web experiences
  • A strong portfolio of finished projects and the steps that got the project there, such as user testing, interview scripts, user story mapping, wireframes, flow diagrams, research, etc.
  • Strong technical background with experience working in a lean and agile product development environment.
  • Strong consumer UI and UX sensibility as well as the ability to understand and optimize a complex technical infrastructure
  • Productive in writing product requirements, design briefs, and utilizing wireframing tools
  • An aptitude for data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing a customer-centric approach to development by implementing tools to track and analyze customer feedback
  • Working knowledge of MySQL, Photoshop, and user testing tools
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or business field
