Our B2B team creates unique and amazing custom products that brands across the world use to interact with their customers and employees to create loyalty, promotion, and sales. Our customers include some of the largest brands in the country, AB Inbev, Barstool Sports, and Sazerac to name a few.

Shinesty’s business is growing and we are recruiting a B2B Account Executive who will help us achieve our sales goals and have an awesome time doing it.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and execute an enterprise territory plan; including educating the market about the impact of Shinesty’s unique and attention grabbing products
  • Research and prospect accounts (marketing departments) using the latest prospecting strategies & tools
  • Learn and present Shinesty products & proposals to new prospective customers.
  • Work full-cycle deals from sourcing to qualified to negotiation to close.
  • Once opportunities are successfully landed, expand throughout the account. It’s your account - create happy and referenceable customers.

About You:

  • Running a full sales lifecycle, start to finish. You should be able to source, qualify, and close deals. We’ll help you, but you should be awesome at the fundamentals.
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience working a sales pipeline proactively
  • Excel in a high-paced and high-growth startup sales environment.
  • Uncovering pains and company priorities to clearly understand what opportunities are real vs wished. This is how you will make great money.
  • Resourceful at identifying and utilizing internal resources (sales development, subject matter experts, etc.) to help you find and close opportunities. We don’t expect you to know everything, we have lots of smart people on the team to help you.
  • Superb listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships including at senior levels. Listen more than speak. Understand first, so you can take strategic action.
