We are looking for a junior Partner Manager who excels working as a team and independently; who is eager to develop and learn; and has a passion for travel and online marketing.
What you’ll do:
This enterprising position will see you collaborate with our team to support them with; campaign execution, data analysis, reporting, and handling partner relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks, has deep analytical skills and can build relationships with just about anyone.
You will need to build a rapport to motivate partners to provide maximum exposure and revenue opportunities for Expedia;
You will need to demonstrate a creative flair to challenge established ways of working;
Your creativity won't stop there as you will need to set up campaigns, manage ongoing communication and optimize our collaboration with merchandising, product and regional teams to craft innovative campaigns to improve conversion;
You will also manage the end to end processes for coupon and merchandising campaigns and will collaborate with several diverse teams to assist with our test and learn priorities;
You will need to deliver detailed Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) to the team and our senior leaders. You should be comfortable with analyzing data, evaluating the outcome of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations.
Who you are:
We want someone who will eventually take ownership of the Network Affiliate channel for US and CA as we believe there is an opportunity to identify new partnerships and implement initiatives which will improve partner productivity and have a meaningful impact on the overall business
Experience in partner marketing or other performance marketing discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or meaningful years of experience.
Minimum 3 years of work experience.
Strong analytical and implementation skills and the confidence to make your own decisions / recommendations
Technical aptitude and the ability to operate and thrive in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in communicating with senior management
A professional ‘get it done’ attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint - experience working with SQL would be advantageous.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize and balance multiple priorities
Additional language (Spanish or Portuguese) would be an advantage
