The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase is searching for a Vice President of Implementation who will drive best in class software implementations for its homecare clients. This will include imbedding the sales ROI and value position into the implementation plan that our clients can tangibly realize through KPIs. This will allow the homecare provider to enhance their exceptional homecare services to their patients while meeting regulatory requirements driven by CMS.

The Challenge

At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As Vice President of Implementation, you will play an essential role in leading an organization of roughly 100 consultants through enterprise projects for multi-site locations across the United States. You will also be responsible for evaluating current state through a discovery process, future state through design and build, as well as testing the future design, executing through adoption, and finally evaluating their operations of the new EMR system. The overall implementation process includes the following areas: Business Development, Intake, Scheduling, Clinical Assessment / Care Delivery, Clinical Management, Reporting / Analytics, Revenue Cycle and Agency Management. You will be responsible for:

  • Process Improvements

What We're Looking For

The Vice President of Implementation supports this mission by providing careful observation and keen insight into the implementation department’s people, processes, and technologies as well as supporting our strategic company goals.

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual who has at least 10 to 15 years' experience and can show us:

  • A strong leadership track record within operations that has built teams, processes, and installed new technologies
  • A strong ability to interact with executives and articulate vision and execution
  • Experience with ERP implementations and supported key enterprise accounts
  • Talent for facilitating diverse groups and building a consensus as well as preparing an organization for change and continuous improvement
  • Proven success leading a large organization through change and data driven decisions
  • The ability to map current and desired processes in detail, showing various process steps and as well as mapping primary role functions
  • An understanding of implementing best practices and the ability to build out a portfolio of best practices for an implementation organization
  • The ability to interact effectively with multiple internal and external constituent groups
  • The ability to provide innovative solutions with technology to drive seamless experience that wows our users.
  • Customer facing who has the ability to be an executive sponsor to enterprise accounts.

Education requirements: this career opportunity requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience. An MBA or master's degree is preferred.
