As an Account Executive for Cisco’s Cloud Networking Group based in our San Francisco headquarters, you will be responsible for achieving revenue based sales quotas in Latin America through prospecting, cold calling, identifying and qualifying opportunities. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you build strong business relationships with Cisco account teams, sales engineers, and partner sales reps to take deals through to close. This is a high-energy position, and the pace is quick, so you must be extremely organized and be able to manage a pipeline of up to 150 opportunities at one time. Focusing on small and mid-sized enterprise businesses, you should be comfortable making dozens of phone calls per day and closing a high volume of deals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing business in Latin America territory
  • Manage entire sales process from prospecting to close, including accurate pipeline forecasting and achieving quarterly sales quotas
  • Cultivate, grow and enable partners to successfully close Cisco Meraki business
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Expertly demonstrate Cisco Meraki technology via use of WebEx to end users and channel partners

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of B2B sales experience in a revenue closing role
  • Fluent business level Spanish
  • Technology sales experience a plus
  • Proven track record of quota attainment in an inside sales capacity
  • Highly productive communication skills, with ability to manage multiple emails, phone calls, social media, etc. each day
  • BA/BS degree preferred
