You will use your amazing organizational skills to help recruiters and hiring managers execute and keep track of the recruiting process, including candidate scheduling, interviewer assignments and feedback, communications, ATS accuracy and reporting, and other details. You will also use your interpersonal strengths to welcome and host candidates during onsite visits; and ensure they have an excellent experience. As you progress, your responsibilities will grow to take on resume screening and phone screening for select roles as you grow your understanding of Scout’s screening criteria.
What you'll achieve:
Operate as a lead point of contact and scheduling for all roles
Greet and serve as the primary host for candidates during their onsite interviews
Organize and distribute internal company information regarding candidates to multiple employees and executives
Own Scout’s recruiting systems (Lever, Google Calendar) to ensure an accurate source of truth that fits the needs of the hiring teams you support
Manage the interview experience both internally and externally
Proactively look for solutions to scheduling and pipeline problems and propose improvements to internal teams
Create and update content and documentation for Scout's recruiting organization
What you'll need to be successful:
Undergraduate 4-year degree from a reputable college/university
Prior experience with CRM and/or ATS
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flawless attention to detail
Comfortable with managing multiple tasks and expectations across team members and internal departments
Experience with creating and manipulating spreadsheets in Excel
Client facing experience preferred (retail, client support, or customer service)
