As a Recruiter, you will lead and develop relationships with high quality candidates for Scout's immediate and future hiring needs. This is a high impact role and will require frequent collaboration with both top executives and hiring managers across the company. You will navigate candidates through the entire life-cycle, from sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, negotiating, to closing - while looking after Scout's interests in delivering a high quality candidate experience and maintaining a high standard for candidates. To be successful, you should have direct experience in recruiting tools, systems and operations, and have a willingness to embrace change.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop a detailed understanding of Scout's value-proposition, business model, recruiting process, and hiring goals
    • Start by working on roles within our Sales Organization, and grow to a wide variety of other department roles from there
    • Engage hiring managers to identify and define hiring needs, interview process, and candidate specifications
    • Source highly qualified candidates and manage them through the entire candidate life-cycle
    • Gather and relay candidate experience feedback
    • Enable data-driven, process-oriented decisions by tracking recruiting activities within Scout's ATS
    • Provide insights gained through candidate interactions to influence recruiting and talent marketing strategies
    Requirements:
    • 3+ years experience working in a recruiting function
    • Experience sourcing and recruiting in the San Francisco Bay Area is a plus
    • Experience recruiting for Enterprise SaaS roles
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate the value proposition and company messaging
    • Self-motivated, capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
    • High level of professionalism; must thrive on teamwork, overcoming obstacles and gaining shared vision on complex issues
    • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
    • BA/BS required
