Job Description


LogMeIn is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner for our Customer Engagement and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) product GoTo Contact, to increase market adoption and significantly grow revenue. 


The right candidate has experience aligning cross-organizational teams and stakeholders to deliver new releases that win in the market. 


Aligning with product strategy, you will prioritize features through market research, customer interviews, and collaborative discussions with internal contributors and stakeholders.  You will collaboratively define release success metrics and work with stakeholders to achieve those metrics.   


Your teams will rely on you to align product goals and business needs, maintain the roadmap and make day-to-day priority and design decisions. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, customer success, marketing, sales, and our executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities for LogMeIn. You will document project objectives, write market and user requirements, measure the effectiveness of releases, and iterate to continuously win in the market.  You will help evolve strategy to adapt to the changing market. 



  • Along with the Product Management team, holds the vision for the product and communicates the vision across development, sales, customer success, and marketing teams 

  • Coordinates the execution of product strategy, partnered with development and UX 

  • Collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements that will win in the market.   

  • Create and prioritize the Product Backlog and release plans to facilitate delivering the most value to market 

  • Guide user design to meet business objectives.  

  • Maintain current competitive landscape and identify market opportunities 

  • Understand the buyer and optimize purchase choice models to continue improving our standing in the market. 

  • Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency 

  • Participates in project planning, reviews, sprint and release planning, demos 

  • Create user and acceptance stories for teams 

  • Monitors team velocity and seeks to continuously improve product development process 

  • Actively inspects usage and other metrics to make data driven product decisions  

  • Manages cross-product dependencies 


  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management roles 

  • You operate data-driven and are able to analyze market, business, and product usage data to improve the product. 

  • Capable of visualizing and communicating your insights with the larger organization 

  • Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations  

  • Must be able to work in an agile environment 

  • Fluency in English is required 

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver on-time 

  • Ability to guide and contribute to innovate designs
