The primary purpose of this position is to launch and configure advertising campaigns.
Create and manage Inventory Management systems.
Support of pre- and post- sales operations; including but not limited to: trafficking, campaign optimization and maximizing client ROI, data entry (3rd party ad systems, etc.), client reporting information, scheduling, invoicing and intra-departmental coordination.
Manage and administer systems to ensure 100% accuracy of advertiser campaign delivery.
Liaise between Product and Revenue teams to ensure necessary and correct ad server reporting and function.
Verifies IOs to ensure accuracy and consistency with internal systems. Assists in the IO process as needed.
Provide trafficking, QA and troubleshooting guidance on all campaigns.
Monitor and optimize digital campaigns including display and native components.
Train and communicate with necessary teams on ad server functionality and processes.
Communicate inventory issues with necessary parties.
Technical assistance with ad compliance, creative, billing, and other miscellaneous duties.
Collaborates and maintains internal relationships with sales and finance.
Recruiting and hiring of team members as team grows.
Assist with special projects as needed.
3+ years of Ad Operations experience.
Expertise in DFP, DFA, third party tracking systems.
Mastery of Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledgable on digital media trends, advertising products, and landscape.
