Job Description:

As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Pitney Bowes you will be a strategic partner to our clients, accountable for the successful adoption of products, services and strategic activities to drive value for the client and promote account expansion and retention.  

The CSM works collaboratively with the client and Pitney Bowes to uncover opportunities, understand the client’s expectations and the ultimate potential of the account. This role typically wears multiple hats as project leader, business analyst, product application / use case expert and educator/advisor.  

The CSM is critical to successful solution adoption and to the success of Pitney Bowes. The position is key to managing the existing client base and requires skills in sales, client relationship management, growth and retention strategy. The CSM role will be measured on growth, revenue retention, and profit and client satisfaction. 

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US. Preference will be given to candidates located near a Pitney Bowes office.

You will: 

  • Accountability for Adopt stage to ensure the delivery of the promise sold 

  • Develop and execute an internal and external Success Plan 

  • Accountable as a single point of contact for internal and external relationship 

  • Responsible for quarterly check-ins  

  • Identify Expand opportunities  

  • Drive Adoption, health check, and onboarding support plays 


Your background: 

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in business or related field  

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple resources, exercise good effective time management and prioritizing skills and meet critical deadlines on tasks, commitments, and reporting. 

  • Excellent analytical skills in evaluation of workload and resource utilization, determination of training requirements and necessary tools. 

  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word & PowerPoint to drive communication to internal & external stakeholders. 

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. 

  • Minimum 5 years business experience with a strong understanding and ability to learn the Sending Technology Solutions value proposition.

Within our Sending Technology Solutions team, we provide a full range of mailing equipment and postage meters, maintenance and support services and supplies that enable our clients to efficiently create mail and evidence postage. We segment our Solutions business between our North America operations, comprising the U.S. and Canadian businesses, and our International operations. We are a leading provider of postage meters and have approximately one million meters installed.
