As the Sr. Product Manager in our Marketing Technology and Content Home team, this person will lead the creation, improvement and growth of the consumer and member journey across Nike’s digital portfolio including Nike.com, the Nike App, Nike Run Club and Nike Training Club. You will partner with the Director of Product Management to define and implement product objectives, critical metrics and roadmap. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and for identifying new market opportunities. You will also define priorities based upon a solid understanding of consumer and business needs, insights and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis.


Working within the Marketing Technology and Content Home team, this person will be a leader who effectively and appropriately coordinates teams to achieve business goals and impact change across the Nike Digital ecosystem. Leading through influence, you will handle partner relationships to ensure successful business outcomes. Above all, you will embody the principles of product management while being a constant champion for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Work with the Director of Product Management for Home and Content to determine the strategic direction for new and existing Nike members while developing a product roadmap in partnership with other Nike business partners.

Product strategy and vision: Provide input to the product objectives and critical metrics by crafting and effectively championing a data-driven and market-informed perspective that works in concert with the greater Nike digital strategy. Identify strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives.

Product lifecycle management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of sophisticated products from conception through launch. Strategize and accomplish growth and optimization initiatives in operating live products.

Product roadmap definition: Supply to the team’s product roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs.

Prioritization: Effectively prioritize work and value drops to achieve business goals. Define encouraged outcome models to advise this prioritization.

Product Narratives: Write and partner on sophisticated product narrative documents while accounting for consumer needs, business insights, market behaviors, design and technical challenges, and external dependencies.

Analytics and Experimentation: Develop, measure and optimize against product indicators and metrics. Develop iterative learning by devising and carrying out experiments and multivariate tests to find product solutions.

Communication: Clearly articulate the product objectives, critical metrics, roadmap, priorities and requirements to multiple team members in both written and oral formats. Gather and incorporate feedback from a diverse range of partners including app and web teams, capability teams, consumers, business teams, operational teams, legal and globalization.

Collaborate: Partner with Engineering, Design and Program Management leaders throughout completion of roadmap value drops. Also partner with geo teams on priorities, intake and operational processes.

Set the Standard: Promote cross-team and cross-organizational sharing of knowledge.
