 Partners with business users to gather all requirements to prepare business specifications. Translates requirements into business functionality.
 Acts as the Finance systems expert in partnership with other IT teams and internal departments to deliver technology solutions.
 Uses analysis techniques to analyze and translate solution requirements into technical requirements for both enhancements and projects; developing required functional and technical documentation
 Work with the user community to analyze system issues and manage the resolution process.
 Finance application maintenance, configuration and support: Support the day to day work of the Finance teams by offering instruction, advice and troubleshooting of the systems that have been implemented
 Design and execute test plans to ensure business requirements and functional specifications meet objectives. Perform unit testing of configurations, integrations & the complete system. Develops any necessary technical or functional documentation.
 Understands the long-term business objectives and suggests strategies to meet those objectives. Introduces innovation to business processes through technology if appropriate.
 Develops a strong understanding of systems and interdepartmental relationships. Ensures that all system implementations/changes consider the operational impact and work with the teams concerned to integrate with other systems with limited production system impact.
 Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing business processes and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and makes recommendations in these areas.
 Evaluates hardware and software vendors and/or third party hardware and software vendors and reports significant findings regarding business services applications
 Creates policies and procedures and ensures adoption.
 Provides on-site work process and re-engineering support to business partners as needed.
 Collaborates with the business to create vision, understand, champion, and prioritize their wants and needs.
 Completes assigned project deliverables according to project plan and expected quality. Responsible for analyzing requirements, setting customers’ expectations, collaborating with technical teams, documenting high-level designs, performing configurations, coordinating testing activities30%
 Communicates to stakeholders regarding related operation functions.
 Maintains and distributes associated scorecard information.
 Monitors Corporate objectives to understand the business drivers.
 Supports applications with business management consultation.
 Provides guidance to and assists in training less experienced Associate Business Analyst and Business Analyst. May act as a functional leader.100%

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience:
Minimum four years experience working in a Systems Analyst, Superuser, or other technical capacity understanding, documenting, and communicating business requirements.
Required skills:
• Strong Oracle EBS financial applications skills (Oracle EBS R12 -- AP, AR, GL, FA, PA, OIE)
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Good technical documentation skills and implementation methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum required knowledge of using in Oracle Sql.
• Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
• Must be highly-motivated, self-directed and have ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience with complex active system requirement definitions.
• Excellent direct customer contact skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
Preferred skills:
• Kofax / Markview knowledge.
• BI / Report writing tools knowledge and work experience (e.g. MicroStrategy, Cognos impromptu.)
• Project Management skills.
