Manage and execute successful acquisition marketing campaigns for identified titles. Work as a team to maximize skills to increase campaign and department profitability.

Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
Develop and implement acquisition marketing programs, including but not limited to strategy, creative, ordering, targeting, lettershop, delivery, fulfillment and analysis
Oversee and implement direct marketing plans for identified businesses.
Maintain list universe, including email, integration with digital and development of models for optimal results
Prepare strategic and monthly reporting for acquisition campaigns, including tracking, financials and analysis.
Responsible for working with budgets/forecasts and creating optimal results
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
BA/BS Business, Marketing; or equivalent training or experience
Minimum 3 years in direct marketing role in web-based or interactive environment
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of direct marketing, promotion or production technologies. Analytical aptitude and ability to make logical decisions. Ability to coordinate large amounts of complex details. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good computer skills. Good financial and statistical skills.
