I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. The E-Commerce Promotion Coordinator works with E-Commerce Marketing Managers with set up, testing and deployment of onsite promotions and pages.

Essential Job Functions Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 70% Performs set up, testing and deployment of Consumer Revenue promotions using html code and a web content management systems. Manages marketing programs, campaign set-up, testing and reporting. Collaborates with internal and external partnerships to execute marketing programs. Executes reporting initiatives as requested. 20% Coordinates with Consumer Revenue with online initiatives. Meets with teams to understand their online strategy and collaborates with the site directions to employ best practices and team ideas. 10% Participates in strategic planning and best practices of onsite properties and provides recommendations.
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience with online marketing, promotion or content management. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Internet required. Knowledge of web content management systems, Dreamweaver (html and CSS), Google Analytics, and other online applications a plus.
