We are looking for an analytics professional to help drive insights in a global customer operations context. You will be intellectually curious, independent, highly analytical, and find problem solving exhilarating. Your recommendations, based on sound analytics, will help drive an improved customer experience.

What you'll do
  • Present customer behavior insights and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Develop techniques to build segments for an improved customer value
  • Develop a deep understanding of our data infrastructure. Applying that knowledge not only to implement your solutions, but also to champion infrastructure development needs which will help the whole team deliver friction-less, action-orientated customer insight.
  • Conduct analytic deep-dives of critical business issues that impact performance and translate the analyses into actionable recommendations
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, or another technical field or related discipline.
  • Strong SQL/data manipulation skills required
  • Hands on experience in machine learning, building datasets, building and optimizing algorithms. Experience with programming packages (R, Python)
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical role
  • Understand advanced statistics including modelling techniques such as regression and clustering
  • Experience with statistical modeling & analysis, complex computational methods & techniques is highly desired
  • Experience with data visualization tools and packages a plus
  • Experience with analytics in a global customer operations context preferred
  • Problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to frame problems and structure analysis, and deliver coherent conclusions and insights
  • Bias to action with a need to develop in-depth knowledge of relevant data sources
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment and can work remotely
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
