· Leverage Audible’s people data to help drive our data-driven decision-making culture.
· Own analysis projects end-to-end (requirements collection, project planning, execution and follow up)
· Partner with stakeholder to leverage data and address complex business challenges by delivering actionable insights.
· Create accessibility to data for our clients by building systemic and custom reporting solutions focused on data visualization and generating insights.
· Conduct ad-hoc analysis of HR Data through database querying, followed by relevant analysis, interpretation of results and formulation of recommendations for action.
· Maintain a deep understanding of drivers and an innate grasp of metrics, give context and support in defining measures for optimization.
· Identify root causes of data issues and develop solutions.
· Recognize areas in need of new data gather or changes to existing data gathering methods and lead HR colleagues through this process.
· Develop strong relationships with key cross-functional partners.
· Create processes and integrate insights into cross-functional action plans.


· BA/BS degree in economics, statistics, finance, social science, psychology, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills.
· Experience designing and delivering cross functional custom reporting solutions.


· Experience analyzing data and researching hypotheses. Working knowledge in at least one statistics program (SPSS, R, SAS, etc.).
· Passion for numbers, data and metrics, but also for delivering analysis of the highest quality.
· Strong bias for action, self-starter, capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), internal consulting skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Advanced in Excel; experience creating automation using VBA.
· Experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics.
· Experience with programming/ scripting languages (e.g. Python, R).
