    1. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience.
    2. Will research, analyze, design, and deliver solutions that are appropriate for business and application development strategies.
    3. Will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve production software.
    4. Can effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
    5. Are adept at handling ambiguous or undefined complex problems as well as ability to think abstractly.
    6. Will manage individual project priorities with guidance, meeting deadlines and deliverables.
    7. Enthusiasm for a collaborative development approach.
