BS/BA required, degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
A minimum of 8 years of experience working in finance. Candidates with 10+ years of experience may be considered for a level 5b position.
Experience in execution, management and controlling of EPC projects
Experience in commercial project management & tendering
Knowledge of POC accounting, IFRS and Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines
CPA, MBA, PMI certification are considered a plus.
Highly motivated, self-driven with leadership experience

Oversight of commercial execution of construction projects, project controlling of dedicated project portfolio, including all commercial responsibility and assurance of accuracy of project books and records, compliance with Siemens-FRG.
Project Controlling, Forecasting and Reporting of financial status of separate business unit segments.
Active preparation and participation of financial monthly closing, cost to complete meetings and project steering meetings.
Support the commercial team in steering meetings, contract negotiations, accounting, development of strategies or solutions.
Contributing to and implementing business plans, including financial management and strategic review of the business, evaluation of risk and opportunities
Commercial support of tender activities, leading commercial aspects of tender preparation up to bid submission and post bid follow up, including reviewing request for quotation, working with operations/bid team to review costing and ensuring lessons learned is implemented, developing commercial scope that brings higher OEM value add and where necessary negotiating contracts/offers.
Responsible for clarifying, elaborating and optimizing all relevant commercial issues, such as analyzing and commenting on contracts and tenders, including legal aspects, determining the business model (NCM, consortium, subcontractor, split contract), preparation of relevant documents, tax concept, insurance, currency issues, compliance, ECC, cash flow, review of NDA/ MoU etc
