Job Description:

You will:

  • Build and nurture account relationships to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment with PB, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other PB teams to optimize client experience and performance
  • Monitor customer operational performance and health indicators. Proactively identify issues and collaborate with other teams and drive open issues to resolution
  • Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals, build and execute risk mitigation plans or escalate as needed


 

As a Client Service Manager, you have:
 

  • Experience in shipping technology, supply chain and/or ecommerce preferred.
  • 2+ year of work experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Proficient at being prescriptive and driving action-oriented meetings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • High energy, positive attitude, with the ability to think creatively on your feet and handle multiple priorities
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
