PowerToFly is currently looking for a full-time driven global DEI sales strategist with B2B experience selling DEI products to global companies. PowerToFly is the fastest growing platform committed to fast-tracking economic equality by connecting underrepresented talent to roles in companies committed to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and innovative, committed to providing companies with the solutions they need to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.

  • Understanding of global diversity and cultural nuances while championing for various underrepresented identities.
  • An ability to clearly communicate the value and ROI of committing to DEI initiatives in the workplace.
  • Full-time capacity and dedication towards reaching company revenue goals
  • High level of comfort with executive-level selling and leading conversations with C-level executives from a position of experience and expertise.
  • Genuine desire to understand customer needs and create impact in global companies by providing solutions to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
  • Leadership skills - motivating those around them to grow and exceed their goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define ROI, communicate value proposition, credibility and market value for various DEI services across various global markets (SMB, Middle Market, Enterprise).
  • Develop strong relationships with current and potential clients highlighting expertise, experience as a trusted advisor in the field.
  • Lead on building B2B collateral, case studies and customized initiatives for global clients.
  • Joins DEI sales calls to support AE on creating strategic recommendations and partner in scoping proposals.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Support in acquiring new business and elevating value for existing clients.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and potential opportunities across markets.
  • Lead DEI sales calls with AE’s, CSM’s and BDR’s to communicate product value, client updates and ways to strategically provide solutions for client needs.
  • Build copy and collateral for BDR’s and CSM’s to bring in new clients and provide ROI.
  • Strategic planning for growth opportunities and sales opportunities.

  • Actively engages in continuous learning of DEI disciplines, trends and ideologies

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience and expertise as a DEI practitioner or sales professional with deep knowledge of DEI best practices and solutions.
  • Strategic development skills to create processes, collateral and communications around various DEI sales initiatives.
  • Ability to identify DEI challenges and prescribe DEI Service product solutions.
  • Skilled at coaching and mentoring AE’s and CSM’s on sales call best practices; rebuttals and negotiations.
  • Experience in B2B sales, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Excellent organizational skills, keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a growth-mode sales environment and deliver results
