The Communications Coordinator will provide organisational and administrational support for the Communications team and will help create, shape, execute and manage campaigns for series and films. The Communications team covers a broad range of responsibilities from corporate communications to consumer PR, affiliate support to internal communications.
Research, write, distribute and manage the monthly channel highlights across the UK and EMEA
Source and distribute PR assets including press packs, stills, screeners etc.
Service and work closely with UK and international PR agencies
Press monitoring and coverage analysis in close cooperation with monitoring agency
Events and press junket support
Internal communications support
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1-2 years of entertainment experience in a broadcast, studio or journalism setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate accuracy/thoroughness in editing written materials
Good listener and a doer
A committed and flexible approach to the job
Ability to think spontaneously and respond positively to pressure and ambiguity
Proficient IT skills
Ability to work independently, and collaborate well with diverse teams including programming, content, creative, marketing and social
