Right now we are transforming the way we operate and to that note, we are looking for a super-strong and super-passionate Quality Engineer.  One of our main focuses is on a green-field implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) � specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaigns Standard (ACS), Adobe Target (AT) and Adobe Analytics (AA).  However, the main scope this role is understanding how to integrate into AEC by providing world class testing to ensure the manufactured product functions extremely well. 

The Quality Engineer works within the agile team to ensure the overall quality of a manufactured product and is tasked with creating documentation, devising quality tests and defining the criteria a test result should meet. They play a key role in fixing issues when they arise.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

The candidate will provide quality assurance testing with automation focused for new/updated templates and components for Adobe Experience Manager
The candidate is required to help us create, scale and maintain test automation strategies and actual implementations for highly trafficked web applications in Selenium/WebDriver, Cucumber & Java.  Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of our continuous Integration (CI) environment.
The candidate is required to work closely with global teams to analyze reported bugs in JIRA and consolidate QE status using Confluence and other tools.
Must have practical experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, the candidate will work with Stakeholders/Product Managers in sprint grooming, planning, retrospective meetings, and to provide testing support in bi-weekly release cycle
It is required that the candidate can think freely when proposing solutions to problems within AEC
Has proven experience delivering via DevOps
Interfaces with the Product Owner and Technology partners at the scrum level to define and estimate features for agile teams
Works within the SAFe Agile framework and employs ITIL best practices
Assists in production support and maintenance of applications as needed


Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.
Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) would be an advantage
ITIL Foundations certification would be an advantage
Proven experience with Content Management System (CMS) in general, with 3+ years experiences using AEM, Adobe Experience Manager
Solid hands-on testing automation experience from defining automation strategy, to planning and creation, through implementation.  Solid knowledge of object oriented programming Java or Python, along with requisite coding and debugging skills
Solid understanding of Web based project test methodology, test environments, bug life cycle, and frequent code release deployment QA support
Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and mobile device testing.  Must have experience using virtualization technologies (VM Ware, Sauce Labs, etc.)
Experience working with highly trafficked, high performance, scalable Web applications.
Familiar testing with and have applied current Web client-side technologies: JSON, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, XML, etc.
Able to quickly understand and interpret design and technical specifications, and provide QE time estimates.
Ability to adjust and respond to scheduling and/or technical changes, with the ability to analyze and communicate any increased risks and/or testing considerations resulting from such changes
Knowledge of presentation, Web, business and data access layers and their interactions
Self-starter, ability to adapt to shifting tasks and to support multiple requests.
Communicates IT requirements and guidelines to vendor partners
Quickly comprehends the functions and capabilities of new technology
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Experience with AEM 6.0 or newer, familiar with touch UI.
Experience testing AEM application updates and/or large-scale website migrations.
Experience with Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst), or Adobe Target.
Experience testing with content-centric applications using the Apache Sling framework.
