Employee Experience (EE) Org is part of the Microsoft Digital with an objective to power, enable and transform the digital Microsoft employee experience across devices, applications, and infrastructure. We are the heartbeat of the employee experience across the company, the team that propels the company forward in terms of modern workplace patterns and practices and provides an inspirational enterprise blueprint for customers and partners.

The HR Engineering team is key part of Employee Experience (EE) team responsible for builds and supporting exceptional experiences and solutions for candidates and employees through entire employee lifecycle. HR Engineering is looking for passionate candidates with strong operational, leadership and technical skills to lead and delivery impact to our customers.

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver high quality software that powers ever increasing demands of availability, reliability, security, and performance of core tools.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, standards from security and scalability perspective to Lead and influence design decisions to build services right ground up.
  • Be a part DevOps culture establishing top engineering processes/practices.
  • Bring high positive energy that is motivating and infusing optimism.
  • Be part of team that is inclusive in culture within and external to team.
  • Build effective Partnership with partner teams like Program Management.
  • Driving code and design reviews and take them closure.
  • Collaborate with multiple partner teams, analyze their requirements, prioritize, and drive features to closure with very high quality.
  • 3+ years of experience - ASP.NET, MVC, or WCF/Web API, SQl, DOcument store DB or in React/Angular
  • 3+ years of experience in building on web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS/AngularJS/ReactJS)
  • Strong software engineering skills – design, development, and testing experience.
  • Good knowledge in C#, .NET Framework or comparable programming environment, SQL, Web Development, and test methodologies.
  • Familiar with continuous integration, unit and functional testing practices, and continuous deployment systems.
  • Familiar with DevOps practices including OnCall and Incident Management.
  • Some experience in building systems to record and analyze telemetry
