DEI Product Manager

PowerToFly is growing and we are looking for a driven and innovative DEI Product Manager to help us build a DEI membership platform. Candidates need to have experience building out membership platforms, experience leading initiatives, have insight on DEI initiatives and be aligned with the PowerToFly mission.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive DEI Membership platform's vision and execution
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify needs
  • Validate hypotheses with data analysis and user research
  • Coordinate product definition and research
  • Lead collaboration and coordinate implementation with DEI, design, engineering teams
  • Define product metrics to track based on business goals
  • Perceive business's goals by continuous iteration and product-led growth (PLG);
  • Predict product risks and map contingency plans
  • Prioritize the needs on product building based on business strategy
  • Build go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales team when launching
  • Prioritize the needs on product building based on business strategy
  • Inspire DEI, product, tech, marketing and sales team with the product's vision and impact
Required skills
  • Experience in software product management or as a product owner
  • Understanding of DEI and how to build global solutions in the workplace
  • Experience developing innovative B2B solutions
  • Experience in data analytics and user research
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Strategic thinking and business perspective
  • Basic UX and tech knowledge
  • Outstanding project and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal inclusive communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to think outside the box
  • High responsibility and responsiveness
  • Leadership and storytelling skills
  • Ability to be vulnerable at the workplace and recognize mistakes

  • Experience building diverse communities or being an active member with insights for improvement.
