The International Recruiting Director will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruiting and sourcing passive professionals.  The role will cover our Market segments - Cloud, Security and IT. This person will
partner with senior management and HR Business Partners to identify current and future hiring needs, challenges, and action plans.  You must be someone who leads by example and who can deliver great
customer service to hiring managers.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Organize, plan, and manage recruiting resources to deliver consistent and timely results.
Outline strategic direction and best practices for global recruitment.
Develop recruiting and staffing guidelines, processes and procedures, and creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, focusing on our branding, candidate experience, interviewer training, diversity hiring, internship programs, hiring metrics, sourcing strategies, career fairs, and more.
Partner with Staffing Ops to develop best practices for hiring within the market groups
Develop and communicate a recruitment plan to management and team members. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying emerging and innovative strategies for recruiting new hires to the organization.
Maintain and distribute a list of key metrics related to recruiting efforts including average time to fill, average cost per hire, offer to close, hires per month, and manager response time.
Identify best qualified candidates through various screen methodologies, which may include administering job related tests. 
Maintain expert knowledge of functional specialty by staying abreast of best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons.
Participate in the development and adherence of the departmental budget as it relates to staff recruitment and retention activities.

Requirements:
 

8+ years’ in Recruiting or similar role with increasing responsibilities.
5+ years’ proven success managing and developing a recruiting department.
Proven experience recruiting for Cloud, Security and IT positions up to executive levels using
various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Ability to play a strategic leadership role as a consultant to line and senior management.

Proven track record of being an effective people manager who is active in coaching, one-on-
ones and performance reviews.
Demonstrated ability to analyze the competitive position by considering trends, existing and
potential customers, and strengths and weaknesses as compared to competitors.
Experience preparing and analyzing recruiting data and effectively communicating and
presenting research findings to senior management.
Possess the ability to organize and independently manage various projects and/or processes
simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
