  • Conduct a recurring content audit to ensure learning materials stay up-to-date
  • Share frequent progress updates with our team, partners, and stakeholders
  • Be the go-to for answers to questions about the program(s) you oversee

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously
  • Experience gaining buy-in from others and leading through change
  • Experience communicating effectively in both verbal and written communication

  • Experience using the latest development tools (ex. Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia)
  • Experience using the back-end of learning management systems (ex. Cornerstone)
  • Experience managing the development and improvement of learning programs
  • Experience developing or overseeing the development of technical training materials
  • Experience working in and/or supporting a tech organization
