Information Technology is looking for a Temporary Employee to join our team! The IT team is committed to driving the technology success at CHG . We have a big job making sure all systems are up and always running and allows for our CHG employees to do what they do best each day. As an Accounting Assistant on the IT team, you will play a critical role in helping keep all our financial responsibilities documented, budgeted, and will be the key person to report on monthly budgets.

  • Create, follow, execute the IT Payables invoice workflow and tracking
  • Submit invoices for payment
  • Manage and code the monthly IT Services Credit Card transactions
  • Graph, report, trend IT Services spend throughout the year
  • Remind/manage upcoming contract renewals, invoice payments,
  • Monthly reconciliation with Financial Management team
  • Budget management, reports, trends,
  • Spend & budget reports
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; tables, pivot tables, graphs, trends

  • Demonstrates the ability to live the CHG core values
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of current processes and proactively looks for process improvement opportunities
  • Eager to expand learning potential and seeks opportunities to grow and develop new skills
  • Makes process improvement recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines and due dates

Education & Experience

  • Prior experience working in finance, accounting, or general familiarity of budgets and AP process
  • Working towards a degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
