Enterprise Business Development Representative (Remote/ Full Time/ Junior)
PowerToFly, the fastest growing platform connecting women in tech with companies that value diversity and inclusion, is searching for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization. You will act as part of our global Sales Team hunting new business and helping us to grow our client footprint. The ideal candidate should be passionate about our mission and skilled at navigating the web of enterprise level prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives using SalesForce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Research and qualify Ideal Account Profiles and Ideal Prospect Profiles
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through using a multipronged approach and creative follow-ups designed to increase customer interest
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
- 1.5- 2 years of Enterprise prospecting experience

- Inside sales experience is a plus
